Our standard packs feature SMBus communications and smart battery system electronics to simplify charging, prolong battery life, provide timely, accurate fuel gauging, battery monitoring and diagnostics, and battery-to-host communications.

Features include:
- Industry leading fuel gauge accuracy employing 16 bit data sampling, providing greater resolution & which assures accurate voltage and current measurements

- Electronically Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) based fuel gauge mapping allows on-board chips to be accurately programmed to suit the characteristics of the cell used. This is not a "Generic" solution.

- Proprietary smart battery fuel gauging algorithms allow consistent accuracy throughout the life of the battery pack - not just when it is new.

- Improved resistance to inrush current & short circuit thus eliminating pack shutdown & reset problems

- Clock stretching allowing the battery messages to be held pending the resolution of other work on the bus
